These are the 1.7 Isuzu legs. I had them shot blasted and then powder coated green.
I think they look great.
Sorry no before pics. But you all know what rusty front legs look like.

With the mount welded in and engine bay looking very tired warn and rusty.
I decided to set about sprucing it up a little.

After some elbow grease and some paint. I managed to get it looking like this.

After building all this up with the Isuzu engine in and new shock inserts springs and a load of other new bits.
Was driven on the roads for about 3 months turned up and running roughly 130bhp.
Until a nice driver of a ford ka decided to drive into it.
So was then stripped bare of all its parts and scrapped

Engine, running gear and all parts still live on tho.

And that's the end of that.

Yeah just a little. Typical woman ford driver.
Bit blunt as it was 2 years since I put any update. And just wanted to sorta fetch it to an end for anyone wondering if it was still on the road.

Yeah just a bit. I did end up putting quite a bit of work into it to say it was just a work horse (powder coated subframe and legs etc)
But upon stripping it I realised it was quite a bit more rotten than I originally thought.
