I made a comment on a post the other week about a company saying "service isn't the best" to which the director of the company PM'd me.
He was asking if I could give feedback on why I had bad service and why I said what I did. Not a problem I said give me a few days I will send it all over on email as I had, had poor service.
I then noticed he had replied to me on the post the below -
Hold my beer Mr Director.
7-14 days with possible lead times if from abroad.
My order took 5 months, it was sat in Wellingborough on a shelf the whole time with proof of this and emails where ignored for over a month. It took 3 months to do a simple request.
In the end I went direct to the company making said item who where fantastic and sorted it all. He now has a very lengthy email to read with documented evidence while on holiday as he said he will be picking up emails while he is away.
I am not expecting any response from it but everything he has worded above to me is crap IMO

Thanks for your comment Kevin Greaves, it’s always disappointing to hear this type of feedback.
I’ve had the team take a look, and out of the four orders you’ve placed with us, three were delivered the next working day. The one that wasn’t was an imported item from Germany, which doesn’t show a live ETA due to how it’s sourced.
We do our best to be transparent—our live stock feed updates every 16 minutes and reflects actual warehouse availability. Some parts ship next day, others in 2–3 days from partner warehouses, and a few are built to order (usually within 7–14 days). Unfortunately others that are produced abroad can have extended leadtimes as well as variables such as transport and customs clearances. There’s can mean that delays are possible in addition to the expected arrival time. However if the team are not communicating that with you then that is a problem. I’ve PM’d you to get some more info on this specific case. So I can look into it further.
Unlike some sites that list everything as “in stock,” we try to give accurate info so you can order with confidence.
If you ever spot a product without a live stock status, feel free to drop us a message, we’re always happy to help check
Cheers,
