fitted a brand new maf today, and it's cleared up a few problems, the eml doesn't come on any more. not bad for £30 posted off ebay.
just need to sort the exhaust again as it's blowing from the front pipe to cat join even though i fitted a new gasket and sealed it.

just done the one for now, will do the other one soon.

so now have the cali runners spare if anyone is after a pair.

looks good mate if i were you i would retrim the top of door cards in a cream too!! just to match it in abit.

will get a full re-trim at some point, i am keeping an eye out for a cheap one local to me for parts, so i can do the re-trim
then just swap the parts over.

now have a complete set of cally 5 stud hubs with V6 calipers, so bigger brakes to help fill the
front wheels a bit more.

picked up a set of 5 stud 15inch 5 spoke vectra wheels today, so i can get the 5 stud hubs on then get the coupe wheels sorted
and the tyres fitted in my own time.

Should of got a pic lol

had the roof down for part of the way back but i put it back up as the fuel gauge
was going down quite fast! also if you watch it, Port Issac is when some of Doc Martin is filmed.

nice to know she is running well mate. good that you have a roof in good nick as well. love the pics too!!

just need to sort the exhaust out now. after i changed the idle speed control valve it doesn't hunt any more.
due a full service again soon, will get proper GM stuff this time and do a load of bits in one go.

time to get a full membership on here mate. you can get a discount on gm parts then!!

welded the back box back on today and noticed that it has a chrome trim on the tail pipe, so i wire brushed the loose
dirt of then gave it a quick polish and it's all shiney again. also who ever fitted the back box pushed it on way too far
as it was on the bend by the axle, it's now quite again although it has no baffles or horse hair in the box any more! it
just knocks a bit now, so will sort that out soon.

changed the roof yesterday, 2 hours to get it off, and about the same again to put the new one on.
also fitted the passenger cali leather seat. no pics as i just wanted to get it done.

Sounds like good progress your making mate
