Exactly disappointed but not about that, i thought a old car etc with only 1 advisory lol... i suppose when i do my retest i could have cleaned up with brake cleaner lol and it will not be on there :)
 
Wtf do Vauxhall engine leak no matter what! Even the new stuff leaks!!

i rip ford for everything, but u have to admit, u never see a sump gasket leaking!
 
Why oh why do they leak no one bothers about leaks because it as standard lol. Good jobs all round its the little niggling things like ABS sensors that pee me off making lights come on

Well.... I give it a little wash.... as its been sat for a few months unattended and was dirty... nothing special as i dont like cleaning cars lol....

Its going to be mapped tomorrow afternoon and finished of... its not tax'd & tested... and has a full tank of Super unleaded... so happy days...

Providing is dont blow up on me on the rollers... all should be good and i may take for a drive home tomorrow night once done :)

Anyway... few pics...

Size of that tank! Compensating much?

I remember pulling up next to one of those in a transit a couple of years ago, and I swear, our windows were level.
 
Well.... Its been driven... and its all good so far... after a few lil issues....

New bottom pulley, taken cat out exhaust... Rolling road/mapped at Dyno Dynamics

At the moment its running 260bhp @ the wheels running around 8psi... but boost controller on omex was not wired in for some reason unknown to me...

Anyway.. now wired in... and gonna go back for mapping within next couple weeks...

SO nice to go out and drive it etc... gone over all bolts making sure all are tight and good etc..

Will update more when i know more... :)




Ps i need to get a new hose & filter for turbo side... :)
 
I know i was happy with that :) 350 i should be ok with because of turbo of course...

Thats at Dyno Dynamics... evo specialists... Didnt take to Track n Road, to be honest... i was asshamed with Jim's workmanship, and i wasnt the only one to be either..Im not gonna give them a bad name, as both Steves are all good etc... but just the putting together of the car etc... he said... you was on a budget... i paid over 2k in the end for his work.... and got pretty much what i had done in the first place, just a base map and running... but mega overfueling to the extent if i had driven it.... the engine would of ended up like your first attempt.... so quite glad i didnt really drive it :)
 
O just had a look at dynodaze, not to far away. Weird u had a bad time with track and road, ive heard good stuff about them, but then i had heard good stuff about jamsport:lol:

so is she done engine and runnin wise?

Yeh its only in Erith, its my mates dad who owns it and maps the cars.... car drives so much better, and dont look like diesel driving down the road on full chat lol.
