dont know about the wheels but that car is sporting the rieger copy bodykit thats sold on ebay

i want a set of them arches, anyone got any ideas where i can get some from to have a play around with lol

and how hard would it be to fit the mk4 dash

Those arches are most likely custom, welded on and smoothed in.
