Rad's Astra Van

fantastic work mate, looks factory estate spec, just without the back doors  great job :)

what are those seats out of? as the centre bracket looks different to the ones out of the estate  the centre bracket i gave you welded to a bit of floor was from one of the centre seatbelt lapbelt bolt holes. and a bracket bolted from that to the back of the seats, yours looks like the bracket from the back of the seats goes straight to the floor? bolt on? must be different types i guess  also it doesnt look like you have seat belt bolt holes in your floor which is wierd. my van didnt have any of the seat brakets or mounting points like yours, but it did have the seatbelt points under the rear bench, inner and outer, which i used for lap belts.

Top work mate, are you going to custom make some door cards?

yeh theres different hinge types ron, the seat is from an estate but it had the different hinge so i had to go back to the scrap yard and get it  as for the seat belts theres nothing so il have to put all the mouting point in. also i need the bit that goes under the car with all the threads in for the belts etc and bolts for the center hinge

I meant for the back seats mate lol, could be a good hidey hole for beer though.

Cool, top work though mate, groundbreaking progress! :thumb:

Ah i see, my estate was a m-reg, dunno if its a phase thing? If i'd of known yours didn't have the seat belt holes i would of cut them out for you too and chuck them too. The shells gone now though  my van didn't have any of the seat mounts same as your, but did 100% have seat belt holes/threads, strange

Update.....
