If we'd gone into it more you could of had the entire rear interior out of the estate, would of been a fair bit of posting then though

ano ron but i stupidly thought that every scrap yard would have a mk3 astra estate
Tried fitting the gsi seats today (the rear bench) and what a fook on, i still havnt done it lol i have the back in but i cant get the bases right.
The estate bench was easier as the foam was thicker but because the gsi foam is thin theres a gap so ive had to remove the brackets and try to reposition them. Need to get it done tomorrow as the mrs isnt happy about there being a gsi interior and van seats in the living room

Update......
the van currently loooks like this
the gsi rear bench has been lined up and all the brackets are in place, theres abit of welding underneith the van and then the brackets etc can be painted. on a plus not ive got the estate rear carpet and one rear arch cover.
still need a couple of bits yet but if the weather holds out i can get the welding sorted and put everything back in

how far are you going with the interior? i've still got the load cover and side panels from the estate 
im going most of the way theres a local estate i can get the plastics from so will be cheaper than paying postage costs, shame you didnt keep the carpets tho as everyone i find are either grey or fooked

Finally there in and there fooking awsome, i forgot how comfy and supportive they are. a couple of niggles, the rear bench doesnt quite line up with the base ei the pattern on the seats but i can live with that, also the driver seat squeeks overall im happy,
i only got a couple of pics part way through as i was getting abit stressed.
Ill be going to get a couple more plastics to fit in the back then its a waiting game again for the other bits i want

rears look good mate. what are you doing about seatbelts?
cheers guys, belts are still abit of a work in progress as ive just got a warp around belt that goes around the seat and comes across abit like the van, ive got a seat of estate set belts but the problem is im not sure how to attatch them to the side pillar.
i could just fit lap belts but there no good for a car seat. one of my mates a dying to buy the van so i may cut my loses and get a normal boring family car
