What's ****ed you off today?

If she can't look after the cats and has 5 kids, makes you wonder if they are looked after.

Yeah that has crossed my mind when they are playing outside they basically do as they please I caught two of them climbing over the bonnet of the Focus when they first moved here and they're no older than I'd say 8 she was nowhere to be seen so that in itself says she leaves them to their own devices.

RSPCA are just con-artists. They hold their hands out for donations and walk around thinking they are the law. But in reality they rarely seen to help those in need (ie lost job and can't afford to feed an animal), they encourage people to dump animals, and if they do come out they'll only put it down after a week or so anyway.

Best options would be to give the owner a right talking to, or keep shooting the cats.

I think the "REAL good talkin too get's my vote" as for shooting the cats I'd rather just shoot HER.

Totally agree, an ex friend of mine left literally overnight to live miles away and left his cat, I don't like cats and had a Staffy at the time so took it in with the 4 kittens it had had in the couple of days it had been roaming. Phoned the RSPCA and told them the situation, told me id have to wait 12 weeks minimum for a space in a rescue centre. When I told them I had a Staffy that would probably eat them if he saw them and all I had done was rescue them to keep them alive I was told there was nothing they could do but I could face charges knowingly keeping them in the same house. Luckily managed to find homes for them within a week (altogether, they were too young to be kept away from mum), but I've never had a good word to say about them since.

They sent my mum a threatening letter trying to take her dog away, as she has MS and his housebound alone, someone had reported her for keeping the dog indoors all day (even though me and my bro took it out). That was a proper low blow of them imo trying to take away a disabled woman's only company. Even the inspector that turned up was shocked by that one.

The RSPCA are pretty much scumbags in my book they are like social workers they do more harm than good half the time just lately all I'm hearin about them is bad stuff such as large amounts of monies left in wills FOR THE ANIMALS being spent on houses and cars and new office buildings etc etc over half the animals taken in now are put to sleep within a short time if no homes can be found it's absolutely sickening.

I am not getting involved with the animal chat I'll be here all day going mad but I agree. My Mrs is a Vet nurse and she has to deal with these ***** to

I only answer to DEFRA. The RSPCA can suck my cockerel.
My falconer friend took defea to court and won his case they were trying to say he was breeding birds illegally but had all papers ect won over 10k

My sister who is off to do veterinary at uni, she did work experience at a place near home and they had loads of animals in for treatment from the RSPCA and they wouldn't cough up for anything. It was only the love for animals that the team had that they took it on. The dogs trust is similar, we all as a family offered to help at the local dogs trust and when we went along they kept shaking the money tin in front of us, and we think as we didn't put anything in they have never been in touch. Yet they're constantly looking for volunteers, come round knocking and that, so they get told lol

They should all be stood against a wall and shot they're supposed to be in the job because they care enough to want to help injured and homeless animals and to do whatever it takes to see the job done but no they've got just like the Government screw those we should be helping and just fill your boots ... boils my P*ss

Well I definitely spoke too soon the other day when I was saying how good Avast is I turned on the computer this morning and noticed a yellow triangle over the Avast Icon on the bottom toolbar so I went into it and it said "Update waiting" so I clicked on the linky and updated it BIG MISTAKE after the update had finished it wiped out my internet connection :o it's taken a bit of head scratching and a bit of messing about but now sorted so if you've got Avast and it's asking you to update ... beware :frusty:

 Antivirus is so 2003. Windows Defender and some common sense goes a very long way. Along with a hardware firewall and ad-blocker on the network.

So is this windows Defender compatible with windows XP Pro then because on a quick check I'm seeing it's for Windows 8 and 10 and I already have an ad-blocker program so don't suffer from annoying ads and have a good working firewall on the operating system, I don't usually have any problems I don't know what went wrong with this update but it caused a few hours of hassle.

Security essentials is for XP, although it's a 16 year old OS, so still using it you should come to expect issues really! I have XP in a virtual machine for some old software, but that has no AV of any kind and never has any issues because I don't download dodgy ****.
