X14XE, X16XE and C16XE Tuning

Thought I would post it up on here as it is a pretty useful reference for general X14XE, X16XE and C16XE tuning. The X14XE is an over square lump whilst the C16XE and X16XE are under square.

I wasn't sure if it was best in here or in the Motor section, but the latter seemed more orientated to problems? Feel free to move it somewhere more appropriate if needs be?
