managed to get hold of a power lead to go to the battery in the boot today, out of a new shape beemer 520d

that wire should do the trick lol.its gonna be even minter than it already is when its done :heh:
 
it had patten arms put on it before i got it and it ripped out the bottom ball joints already, and they do look a bit flimsey, the gm ones are ment to be 65quid plus vat per side, but i meanaged to get them both for 90quid all in ;) still sounds alot for bottom arms but better than 150quid ish, plus iis seems like id be replaceing them every 12months, 18s, lowered and 300+bhp, not a good combo for bottom ball joints lol

finished the short shift now, just needs a paint up :)

and got the mk2 astra gte master cylinder through aswell, as ive ditched the abs :) started sanding it down for painting!

started makein the engine mounts stiffer by filling them up with bonding today, got one done, will do the rest tomorrow!

been told with the mounts you have to use window bond sealer... something to do with whats in it...

tigerseal eats the rubber? im prob talking ****, but read it on migweb somewhere...

you've got the short shift the wrong way round? with it like that you'l have to move the stick even further to change gear!
