very nice mate, any more news for this?

Hey again guys...

sorry, i totally forgot about this topic xD

yes, there are some news ;)

will do a resume of the work done till now ;)

After having some break problems, i've solved it and then it was time to get a nice paint work on the brake calipers.

didn't like the green stuff pads green, so i had to paint them black ;)

After having some problems with my diesel pump, and some engine problems, the turbo got full of diesel unburned and so I had to send it to a repairing turbo center to get it revised, and guess what... it came brand new ;)

very nice mate, loving the turbo spoil and boost ;) you going to get this on rollers see what BHP its making? car looks great mate really like the new touches etc :D you should take a look at "boosted derv's" in 5door section, he's just made 154bhp on his setup, all very impressive mate

credit to you

Loving it!!! Think the rear bumper is awesome! Especially how it matches the smoothed lower boot panel.

I'd prefer it with a standard GSi front bumper with a smoothed in splitter and smoothed swage lines though :)

But having said that i really really like :)

thanks a lot to all :D

reno soon will go to the dyno and let's hope that the 154 can be defeated ;) probably more... lets see.. its pulling harder now... and will have to swap my diesel bosch pump for another one, from my old engine, but with some tweaks.
lets see...

some news now:

hope you enjoy it... tomorrow or after i'm hoping to get a decent photoshoot with those lovelly wheels ;)

stay tuned

Those wheel's look much better mate

One of the best estates ever just got even better :)

im really liking the progress with this car, i love checkered bits aswell, glad to see you`ve got the n/a inlet on there now, can`t wait to see how it does on a dyno with the huge turbo. im really very jealous of the new wheels aswell, are they proper rota`s or copies?

thank you all for the replies :D

there are no rotas on 17" at 4x100 :( at least the drift grid ones, so, had to go for some replicas, but they do the same... the rota are replicas of the volk, so, the best one will always be the volk te37 i think...
anyway, this is not a race car, its just to get the looks, so, no worries ;)

i'm waiting for my mechanic to have some time and me to have some money in order to fit the new diesel pump so i can have full advantage of the turbo, until then i'm totally limited by that :( probably some 120 130 bhp, no more than that..

and i have a clutch as well to mount in, but no lightweight flywheel like you did mate :P eheh

the best flywheel is from the 1.5td (corsas) and take 1.5kg to that one, and its perfect ;)

some pics later tonight i hope.

thank you all

well the wheels look great, i would say leave the pump on it and dyno it as it is, because i found that the limiting factor on the standard engines are the crappy little turbo`s. the turbo iv got is only the next turbo up in the ihi range ( standard turbo is an ihi rhb4, my one is a ihi rhb5 ) and my car ran 154 bhp and 240ftbl of torque on the dyno last weekend and thats with only minor adjustment to the standard pump.

have you watched my dyno video?

i know mate, but my pump is fully tuned to max... LDA, 13mm screw up to the top, and start cold removed so it can go further on the diesel value... but the other one has the 11mm plunger instead of the 10mm factory value ;)

it will go better with that pump...

if you have any doubts check this vid. this corsa has the same engine as we do, the same turbo as i do, and the pump like the other one i'll install, (this is the guy who's going to tune it again)

by the time with the s4, he had another turbo, smaller one ;)

nice, but why matt paint job? new rims look nice, bit euro scene with the checks, best estate ive seen

yes it is... just for you to have an idea, it goes side by side with an corsa C20LET till the end of the quarter mile... just imagine the power of the beast ;)

Another photosession ;) not the pics I expected, but it enough for you guys to have an ideia of the car and how it looks like at the moment.

See ya soon

hi mate can you tell me how you removed the cold start on your`s, because i did it on mine and now it won`t start. :( ???
